I have over 30 years’ experience working in Dentistry and enjoy it hugely. I started as a dental receptionist and trainee dental nurse in 1991, I enjoyed my work as a dental nurse, being part of a team and providing dental care to patients. I then took on the role of Head Nurse, assisting with managing the team and keeping everyone up to date with current legislation. Over the years I gained experience and knowledge in many areas of Dentistry, both NHS and private. Later in 2016 I became compliance coordinator for our group and then Area Manager.
November 2021, I became Group manager, I oversea the activities of the Managers, give direction and keep our group policies and procedures updated. I work hard to make sure our patients receive the highest standard of dental care, that the team is well trained, experienced, and happy. I have regular contact with the Finance team and Area/Practice managers, we meet at regular intervals to ensure the continuous smooth running of the group.
Any spare time I spend with my husband, 2 children and 3 grandchildren, oh and Buster our Patterdale terrier.
