The ASR Dental team at High Street Dental have a wealth of experience across the full range of dental services. Our general dentists, hygienists and nurses always keep up to date with the latest advances in dentistry, and attend the necessary training programmes required by regulatory authorities. Their aim and purpose is to make sure the highest standards of dental care are delivered to each and every one of our patients. Our receptionists and support team members are also fully trained to help and guide patients who are anxious or have disabilities.
Your Experience/Work History
Since gaining his degree in Dental Surgery from The University of Leeds in 2009, Gareth has worked in practice providing all aspects of general dentistry. He completed his Foundation Training with the Yorkshire and Humber Deanery in Knottingley before joining the team at Normanton as a Dental Associate in 2010.

Gareth has undertaken additional training to become a Validation Supervisor - mentoring dentists who gained their qualifications overseas as they enter a career in the NHS.
Additional Info
Outside of dentistry Gareth is an avid sports fan, especially golf and cycling. He enjoys days out with his family and walking in his native Derbyshire.
I began my career in dentistry in 2010 as a trainee dental nurse, once qualified I joined the Whiterose Dental practice at Knottingley as a dental nurse where I worked for 7 years. I enjoyed working as a dental nurse and over the years gained experience and knowledge.
I then joined the High Street Dental Practice in November 2019 as practice supervisor, and then onto Practice manager in August 2020. I enjoy the day to day challenges the job brings and enjoy working as part of an enthusiastic team.
Away from the practice I enjoy spending quality time with my husband and two boys.
